Randy has been with DCM for over 20 years and his extensive machine knowledge makes him often our first resource when troubleshooting any machine. Randy has been flying planes since the 1970's and has raised a son an daughter who have followed in these footsteps. His daughter is a proud member of the Air Force and his son is training to work as a commercial airline pilot.

How long have you been with DCM? Since June 1998
Favorite DCM memory? On my first day of work I was asked to represent DCM and play in the "Cotter Classic" (a long standing golf tournament benefiting one of the high schools in town)
A fun fact or something unexpected about yourself: I was a locomotive engineer on the KCRC Railway in Hong Kong in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
What is your favorite food? KumLa (Norwegian)
Name a thing you couldn’t live without? Insulin
What is your favorite vacation spot? Puetro Vallarta, Mexico
What are your hobbies? Golf, my Harley, wine making, flying
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A Pilot
What is your favorite DCM machine, and why? The MPI's. It is fun to teach people about this machine because it is like "black magic".
What is the best part about working at DCM? It is a family environment to work in.
