The DCM Tech line of head and block resurfacing machines (reciprocating table surface grinders) features hand scraped ways, dovetail columns, and heavy cast iron bases which are the "foundation" of precision for the reciprocating table surface grinders.
DCM Tech manufactured spindle motor assemblies are fitted
with high precision angular contact bearings and are supported in precisely machined cast iron
housings. Additionally, the rotors are balanced, assuring long life and smooth performance. Table
and vertical feeds are through precision ballscrews for smooth consistent action.
Semiautomatic or "SD" programmable control systems are then added to these solid mechanics.In addition to control options, grinding heads, coolant systems, CBN/PCD
